I had no knowledge what was SEO all about, taking that 2 months of promoting the wrong way. So I jump to buy another programme Niche Inspector and HYPERVRE, I thought it was easy, honestly it's not, too many sales pitch inside.

You know what a sales pitch?

It is something that the owner of software or programme can hook you deeply that ultimately at the end you have to buy his software, yes that's right, the man is guiding his spider web, to catch newbies like us. From that day, I don' t want to buy another programme or software, finally I took mentor class on SEO organic, after taking the course, everything was so clear. Now I have my site no 1. Google search engine although in Indonesia, yet the niche is competitive but at least I have a path or method to do SEO the right way.

My advise to newbies for Internet Marketing don't get scam like me, before you wasted your money, I advice you to take good mentor and will save a lot of trouble.

Hi,
Today the author would like to share his experience in this week marketing daily life . After remove to a new Pumps Division for almost 1 month, found many clarifications on correspondence either from manufacture and or to clients were basically biased or you can say "screw up", if you ask me about this? Honestly speaking I also don't know what happen, since I am new to this department.

I believe the systems in correspondence were missed out of target based on the following reasons :

1. Lacking of Sales Application Engineer
2. The incumbent person implementing Sales and Commercial is not having technical qualifications back ground.
3. Lacking manpower to do daily's sales and operation.

Since the management trusted me to carry out and assist the department, my main target firstly is fixing the internal communication between us. Secondly educating and motivating the SAC persons to know more of Pumps technical background as to smooth the daily operation.

Third developing market analysis, comprising forecasting, potentials customer, new projects and follow up on technical side.

Sounds easy isn't it ? No it's not, it is a multi task force job that I have to carry out.I am not complaining, I love challenge.

In this topic, I share the "Marketing by Motivation", it's a words put it or inject to yourself that you have this enormous energy to do all the above stuff, if the readers are known to NLP or hypnotherapy,this is one of the case study to put into practice.

Although this marketing task is difficult, I am optimist that I can put the team on the sucess level by end of this year.

The idea in this area is not about concept, it's about motivation in marketing campaign to all customer, branding with the product knowledge into the mind share of potentials customer.

It is the same concept in Internet Marketing, though you are working yourself, you are competing with yourself, it's difficult, but challenging isn't it?

You don't know how far your progress, you can only know within your soul. It's like a mind saying "I am tired,but the other mind says "I have to keep pushing to the limit", it is mind power.

This is the key success in marketing either online marketing or offline marketing.

Working as Sales and Marketing nowadays becomes a rat race in the marketing world competition. Do you know why? As the world prevailing recessions the world manufacture has to keep their margin on steady 20% or elsewhere they will loose the real profit. In conjunction to the Oil per barrels above US$100, lightly this new trends economic will hit the end user and the manufacture like domino effect.

Basic pricing for raw materials as were booked by Western countries can not compete the rising China to becoming the new Super Power in Economy. Unlikely Western manufacture has to maintain their annual booking on raw materials i.e. casting or forging or they will loose the grip from Chinese manufacture.

Description above is only basic what is happening today's in Oil and Gas Industry from manufacture perspective. I believe anyone can figure that out easily. Now let's get back to the discussion effect on Internet Marketing. Briefly I will start from the topic of working offline as Sales and Marketing. Since the manufacture principal is hungry for existing market and try to catch new project in Oil and Gas development, this will effect the competition, likewise their competitor is in same boat. Subsequently they are pressing the Sales and Marketing Division or department as you may like to call it, to be updated on new projects and to be leader in the field market before the competition stars. From all the prospective customer, we have almost more than 100 clients. It is impossible to do traditional sales call, where the company is squeezing their operation budget to minimize cost to maintain their profit. Luckily we have Internet connection in this millennium. Yet I believe, practising a social phone calls to 100 customer then follow it up with email introduction seems to be quite effective, you can narrow the effort to customer trip.

This email marketing campaign could generate quick response and very effective as to target the right person, If the key persons is to be found then follow up action for visiting customer is required.

Motivation Group and Building List

Hi,

The motivation as a word and motivate people is used in many terms in developing groups in social networking.The word inspire many people across the globe yet profound. In facebook, I note that there are extraordinary people with intention on humanity and sincere effort to realisations on building groups starting from ordinary campaign of aid, voluntary, job search effort, simple advise and though journalism.

The idea to motivate people and pertinent to list building mainstream of joining the same vision and mission, sharing ideas, and or develop new concepts on society realisations, I believe this goal is noble. Only few people in this world would do it, it's like no catch sales found at the other end.

Noted the second idea is about Complementary and Alternative Healing Practices, this mission and vision can be viewed on facebook, with creator Mr. Sylvain Henry from Canada. The gentleman idea token at the purest level of spiritual idealistic, looks simple yet embrace the nations in Canada on helping each other community.

Very rarely indeed, the concepts he builds though not using motivate or motivation words, the acts and sharp intuition of the gentleman motivate the mind reader and entice the people on joining his group. Its about medical therapy which I believe the essence of world community to live a healthier live and stress relief and become self realisations on deeper insights.

Marketing Job Interview

Hi,

Today the author has an opportunity interview job for the designated job description as Sales and Marketing and another alternative offer as Business Development.

The interview went well, the company human resources is very young yet dynamic and likes to motivate people to improve and becomes inspired by their own ability not by some environment that could help the situation of the person i.e quotes depending on the mood, instead being yourself as it is.

The job of marketing outlines stipulated for the low pressures of drilling equipment and made manufacture from China though it has API 6A certifications.

The question was about how much challenge for the incumbent if hold a position as Sales and Marketing for product that is new to market viable. The answer to that question is high motivated, self motivation and the eagerness to penetrate new or traditional markets, which in this country (Indonesia) is not easy giving the fact that all oil company mostly is American Company with mind and motivated American branded.

Nevertheless the incumbent is still persistence in stating that business development have high Sales Potentials with the ratio of Low Pressure Market in Upstream is own by small oil company yet it has the market share of customer around 60 % and it's a good opportunity.

After discussions has elapsed there was a brief technical discussion of the incumbent in what area of the market share specialize, technical discussions etc.

Another opportunity awaits for second round, now the incumbent is meditating for presents and write article in this blog to expect the unexpected.

Marketing Seminar

Hi,
Today this morning I spent on marketing seminar held by one of Indonesian top Internet Marketing, the gentleman name is Mr. Deny Hendrawan, having experience in Marketing Offline industry for 15 years, and 4 years experience in Online business.

What I like about this seminar, the way he describe the module marketing is very simple and effective and quick action attitude.

I study IM by myself for the past 4 months, and believe me being self maid is very difficult and not having the right teacher to guide a step by step mentoring and detail would end up in a futility.

As he explain that he also have 5 gurus, 3 from overseas and 2 from Indonesia, and very costly indeed to achieve the maximum results.

Mr Deny is specialize in semi online if I would say, in the meanings he has a real product to promote and advertise, his focusing in property .

He develop websites on his owns until top of page Google search engine, what I like about his techniques in SEO is, he doesn't write article or put posting on forums or mailing list as overwhelmed like many marketing people that I know.

He uses his own online experience in SEO to get where he would be on top of Google Search Engine.

Come to think about it, his right why should spend many hours in front of your computer to gain traffic and lost precious times with your families.

His teachings and motivation to participants is inspiring for quick result programme but not a quick rich scheme which I am not impressed if he said so in his seminar.

Motivations is word easy to pronounce yet it seems so deeply different if implemented.

Motivating your friends,love ones,family and other society would be seem like a happy ending if given the right words of motivation.

Firstly it depends who is the motivator,is he having deep experience life from full circle until rise up again and emotionally content with words.

Words also becomes power in your thoughts and derive the spirit flowing through the mind and move the bodies person into positive action in life.

In our daily live we seem too many disappointment and extracting the result of hard work only to find the spirit is subside.

Maintain your spirit and thoughts using the right keywords of motivational phenomena in life could be inspiring and becomes our spiritual teacher.

We live only for "now",present that's what always brought up by gurus spiritual,it means we do not look back the past only to learn nor seeking future only to plan.

The seeking or seekers is not exist,do not find seekers,therefore the answer is already there.

List Building

Hi All,

Yes its Friday night,its weekend time and lots of fun.Just to inform you my mentor IM Tsuyoshi Suzuki just invited me to join the IMGifts,its a product made by a young man Reed Floren who becomes success in IM at young age,isn't it fantastic.I'm also dreaming about it though I'm just newbies.

The product is very interesting its giving away free e-book who would sign up in 1 week,by that if the time is over ,who knows whats going to happen.The challenge ,yes you are right its not easy building list in networking,but come to think about it everything is not easy in this world.

In facebook I also join the IVS,its spiritual and religious study its a path too seek the "self" and being present and study of Jana Yoga,impersonal of God.As I spoke to my master,he also has to work hard to attain enlightenment ,he told me it took 14 years to achieve the level of spirituality,in terms of only living daily in basic ways,far away from luxurious,desires,wantings and ego.Only to find the path of bliss,meaning spiritual happiness.

As for the above article I am just motivating myself to learn about IM and just do what my IM mentor told me what to do without asking too many questions.This is the way a relations between a Master and a student.

Sincere

Hi All,
Facebook is social networking nowadays becomes more popular than myspace I believe. It's not just getting friends,f ind something new interesting or meeting new venture. It now becomes money making machines in online business, which is good. Not just making money but making friends as well.

The top marketer John Chow has recently announce in his blog about a guy making US$10,000 in 37 days, Brian Campbell his the guy top star in facebook now.

What I like about these two guys are, John Chow as top IM asking Brian whether he can share his story on John Chow blogs without any return favor,just sincere. And Brian did post his story on John Chow site.

As the result now Brian is very busy responding many emails coming into his pockets.While doing so, Brian also commented about John how sincere the guy is,and if John comes back from his Shanghai trip he will give John a US$10,000 check because of the issue.

The key word as mention by Brian its not just about money it is sincerity. I hope we all can learn from this true story.

Updating with Friend in Internet Marketing

Hi All,

It's glad on weekend again,and can relax at home,especially this week is very tough as my job begins on 2Nd semester marketing new bookings in 2008.

I'm not going to discuss detail about my job,what I like to share is about the IM lessons as my friend took the course 2 weeks ago and with green experience,she has make a website and learning very fast from the IM master,an Indonesian guy,basically I want also to participate but I was running low on my cash flow,and I took the hard way by self learning.I envy her because she has the time and finance backup to engage in the course.

But I am not worried,at least she promised me she will share her knowledge to me and mine as well.The lessons she study from the mentor was crashed in two days workshop and it was the master experience in 2 years.

Amazing,how much headache of the attendees,imagining the years went through and only 2 days it was absorb.

Well,I can only share the thoughts that learning from scratch was also not easy,but after 3 months I have the basic knowledge of IM.

Therefore if I do meet her next week,I also have the knowledge and experience on what level of discussions and understanding the whole idea of the 2 days workshop seminar.

I hope I can grasp quickly,and progress since I'm on shoestring budget and my needs are getting higher.

Having Fun With Customer

Hi All,
On Friday night,we finally can invite our client to take them out have fun at men's club in South Jakarta.First it was a reluctant from their side whether to receive the invitation from us or not.As marketing in Oil and Gas,I have to approach them outside the office to lobby and secure the tender and ongoing tender we have with them as to grab our market share and take out the competition from our competitor.

Nothing is guaranteed in this business,although we have entertain them,but I feel relax,because after this and in the future we can get information to our benefits and get the achievement for our interest.

Approaching customer,in the means to lobby and educate with our business experience can also be to understand the companies culture between ourselves.Also relaxing,karaoke and accompanied with beautiful girls is so much fun though in business atmosphere.

I believe this is an approach that every company has to make to ensure their market share,I mean in offline business.In online I don't know if this method will work.

Market Segment

Hi All,

Today is Wednesday June 18,2008.First thing in the morning I drove to customer to accompany our principal to enrolled product presentation.Surprisingly it was cancelled due to miss communication between our principal and the client.It was hilarious,my boss an expat and the client an Indonesian,it seems they speak English in email correspondence but different meaning,that's the problem of the roots.

Next thing back in the office,we have given task that Customer will be segregated between myself and a new guy .I thought I could relax for a while thinking my load will be ease enough.In fact it's not the load is getting crazier,on forecast report our previous forecast report was 42.5 million US dollar ,the top management is stretching into US$47 million dollar.

That means I have to follow up more incoming email and prospects and respond them,I felt so tired,its the companies getting rich not my own pocket.Since I was doing this IM for couple months ago,every night I pray to God,that wishing the other way around would work for me,you know imagining that I got email for my IM business as much as I work for the company.

Instead I only got so little comments to my blogs,so I write this short story article,where did I go wrong?

I believe I still have to try every method from gurus in IM and hoping to get traffic like storm,and need more rigorous time in building list and so on.

I hope my friends or readers can share how to make list building,or traffic increased with using white hat SEO off course.

Please kindly advise ,perhaps I can learn one or two tricks from the fellow reader.

Monday Morning Preparation

Hi All,
Today is Sunday evening ,I just open my Gmail account and there was an opportunity making money or softly spoken can work at home.I don't know what's trigger in my head after reading their ad on AdWords Google beside my Gmail account.Anyway I just join without hesitation and keeping the extreme prejudice from my own.It is SFI some kind of affiliate marketing or dimensionally with multiple chart of program,it can be said mainstream income.

Anyway I register and it'll take sometime to study it.Right now I'm preparing for tomorrow meeting at my customer,officially this is my real offline job.Hoping my online would be a big score so I can retire.

What I learn from this online if you have read and join so many affiliates or anything,at the end is building your own image and making traffic of it either by email marketing ,SEO,or promoting your product through AdWords but it will cost you money.

Some people use writing articles to article directory,many methods and many ways but no guarantee it will be success.

I am just writing articles to my blogs with expectation that the SEO will index and define my article is pure content and no duplicate.

If readers have success story in online business within few months making 5 to 6 figures,please send me your success article at my blog and I will share your story through my other 40 blogs and my links.

At the moment I am just trying to be myself and making building list using conventional method.

Marketing Pressure

Hi All,

Today as usual I went to the office on my way I received text messages from my superior that our partner/principal request help from us to provide marketing research and surveys on the downstream equipment,which I know this task was given to me 2 months ago,and I suddenly felt that during those two months I have made my plan and scheduled to do exactly what the company requirements still I am left behind though I work very hard to keep up the requirement either from our customer and or partner.I believe this is what they called a rat race in marketing management.

Luckily although I have not retain full success I managed somehow to acquire data,then another problems happening to me,when commence the calculation of sales potentials etc,I have no clue how to establish such report ,I was assisted by my colleague from other department but he also cannot give full support due to his work load capacity.Last I was stressed and I didn't do my job for submission report required.

Instead I was having lunch with the guys from other division for 3 hours,joking around and share experience in marketing intelligence.

Soon after I got back to office feeling refresh.I started to play around some figure and finally I got the right stuff although I have scepticism that my report will not meet our partner satisfaction.

As I want to send email through my laptop,surprisingly my director already made a full report to our partner with a copy to mine.At last I felt relieve somebody is already done the job,and to be honest my load was already overwhelming.

So my dear friend if you happen to be just the same like me overburden job and underpaid salary,if you receive pressure first thing don't get stress or panic,just do your best and give it back to nature to solve the problem and somebody else or the Universe will help you out of the day.

Marketing Concepts

Hi All,

Today at the office I was having a brief meeting by my boss,his our division manger ,the guidelines to be made by people like us to execute the strategy plan for the enterprise concepts.

Firstly described in Indonesia we have many and major Oil Companies as our home account,the definition in home account is,that's our pie market share and holding the market leader in this country.We provide upstream equipment for PCS,JOB and TAC for the whole archipelago.

Our share are strong in High Pressure and High Temperature,and since require the stringent technology ,our partner as the principal outsource the raw material in Europe and using the QA/QC procedure applied for API 6A,they have the best testing machines in the world in conjunction provide the end solution for the users as to resistivity and corrosive environment in drilling activity.

Ok folks that's the technology side,I want to share a little bit about the marketing strategy ,first get the upcoming Sales Potentials of the whole customer,Secondly get the organization chart and Third get the info on pricing budget expenditure and last is competitor analysis,whereas from this point we can measure the strength and weakened of the whole game,not to mention only 2 guys now working for this challenging job and certainly underpaid salary which come to think of it we are just slave of the big industrialist in Oil and Gas Industry.

I am not complaining because maybe this is my destiny to follow through the path and who knows I might gain something.

If looking at the story above it seems so simple,getting the job done is as far becoming more and more stressing than I thought.The marketing system if I may assumes as we are operating like an Intelligence Secret Agent,how to manipulate people,sweet and smooth talker making many traps until getting the prey i.e the customer.

I don't know why I'm doing this underpaid job,maybe its in my blood or I don't have any other choice working in this Americanized culture.

Well let God show me the true path.

Spiritual Share

Dear All,

On this occasions I just want to share some kind of short enlightenment in marketing techniques,at the moment I am still working as offline marketing and commence Internet Marketing not long than 3 months ago,during those times as I mentioned ,am read many e-book articles,this technique marketing and that kind of new technique marketing at the end all is compile into one motivation how to sell and make money quickly.

I can not blame for anyone who wants to get rich quickly,even myself wanting the same desire.But what really surprise me is all this Guru marketing is they have knowledge on how to make enticing newsletter and sales letter that even for anyone who doesn't have the interest after reading ,for somehow they will jump and start a lot of question and suddenly the next thing is they bought this e-book just like what I did on my first day learning this business,afterward there's come the part how to get traffic with so many techniques,writing articles,making links and makes me exhausting and feel frustrated and am start trying to get some new fresh idea.

I start joining the social networking ,and at that instant moment I wish only to make friends not trying to promote my sites although I put the sites on my profile only as an identification that I have my sites,just for socializing.

One day after juggling around and playing with social networking and after met and get acquainted in new friends ,I join this spiritual sites and host by an Indian guy in Calcutta I believe.I just want to learn the spiritual nothing more and not trying to sell something.

As I learn spiritual sides by practicing meditation ,for somehow I feel connected with him,feel so close and I can feel the energy within.

I didn't realize that since the engagement with him I become more relax and cool,so gradually he teaches me spiritual from basic,now I can feel the achievement.

I didn't notice that he also have a sites with thousands of members,I think from that point I realized that the way he offers help to people is very sincere and honest and also no sales pitch.

I suddenly being awakened that in Marketing terms, a lot we have hear about mind share,capital share,work share ,I think the most important thing is having spiritual share,because in my opinion if someone has acquire spiritual share they will help us without asking them to do so and of course sincerity.

I think this is where these marketing Gurus are neglecting it,all they want is quick result without understanding the spiritual share of the audience.

Gold Mining Project

Hello All,

I like to share the story as well in reality,I have been working offline as Sales and Marketing in Oil and Gas industry and off course Natural Resources as side in pertinent to resources.

I don't know where to start the story,if you read my previous article about viral marketing trade off in antiques would worth millions of dollars for oriental industrialist and related industry.Basically I have been involved in the trade but unfortunately I didn't make a score yet due to its business nature.

Anyway as life goes on from this community I met a gentleman who owns a natural resources concession in part of our country,unfortunately his disciplines in Law and Legal,he doesn't know anything about engineering,processing,set up management the concession.With the help of my friend and also will be his future right hand man finally I was introduced by him ,afterwards he request whether I can assist him in setting up engineering company and all its relevant contracting job to produce the requirement and achieve the production of it.

With all the passion I had and my 15 years experience in the related industry I call up one of my best expatriate friend to sort out all the problems before his trip to overseas meeting with the investor to launch the second terms of investment worth roughly around 900million US$,with first investment around 600 million US$.

After 1 week clarification we found out that the concession value the most of was copper and small amount of gold,which make the man more surprisingly happy.

As now the man is in overseas,all my job is to maintain the relations between their side and our side of portion in job description,as known contracting business is all in tricky and lots of manipulation,but I trusted both side and all related parties since we have known for quiet long and I believe deep down in my heart that everybody with their own experience has received such deception in the past,as present they will honor the gentleman agreement and will finalise in MOU legally bond once the prejudgement and commitment with all related parties in satisfied manner.

After all black and white in a piece of paper is good,but I think its the business ethiquette such as sincerity and willing to team up and succeed this project is the true spirit,since everyone will have their own share and each persons/parties will contribute up to their share of mind,heart and of course skill.

I hope everyone can understand the story I would like to impose not just some quick deal and full of trick or treat project.
